Old School Boxing
Build stance, balance, footwork, punches and defense correctly from day one.
Structured coaching develops skill, discipline, confidence and athletic habits.
One-on-one sessions focus on your technique, conditioning and individual goals.
Prepared athletes can advance into sparring, fight preparation and USA Boxing events.
Serving the East Valley
Gilbert members who choose Old School are usually looking for authentic skill coaching, not choreography or a boxing-themed fitness studio.
From Gilbert, drivers typically use US-60 or Loop 202 to cross the Valley, then follow the most convenient connection toward central Phoenix and Thomas Road. Always check live traffic before leaving.
Old School is located in Phoenix—not a satellite location in Gilbert. Beginners train alongside amateurs, professionals and GCU athletes in one serious but welcoming environment.
This page is built for Gilbert athletes, and our broader training community also reaches Mesa, Chandler, San Tan Valley and Phoenix.
Train with purpose
Members learn a complete sport: movement, offense, defense, bag work, mitt work and conditioning. Sparring and competition remain optional and are introduced only when a boxer is ready.
